I was so happy when Ryn asked me to do a guest spot with her stamps. As you know I really love her stamps, they are all so beautiful and I use them often for my projects. Now a few cards and two art journal pages are featured on the Designs by Ryn blog - perhaps you would like to visit.

Glück der Erde - happiness on earth

I have received the great hibiscus stamps of Designs by Ryn and was asked to make an example with them - and many more will follow, this is only the first one. 

This is a page in my Art Journal. I have begun to ride again and as I love horses it's only be right to have one in my Journal ... and I think the hibiscus is so nice on this beauty!

I have used distress stains and to color the hibiscus stamps Inktense pencils - I love the vibrant color of these!

The journaling says: "Das Glück der Erde liegt auf dem Rücken der Pferde" = "The greatest happiness on earth is sitting in the saddle of a horse."

Again I made something for the challenge of Craft Stamper and I'm already thinking of a next project with this technique. But here's my tag, embossed with various embossing powders and a stamp of Designs by Ryn.

FwA #89 & Tando Creative Masks

As you can see on my ATC at Fun with ATCs we'd like to see "under water" ATCs. This ATC was created with one of the beautiful masks of Tando Creative and some of the great stamps of Designs by Ryn.


This card was also created with a mask and a chipboard shape of Tando Creative. Perhaps you can see the effect of the glimmer mist better on the next picture.

As you now I have been asked by Ryn to guest design with her beautiful Mermaid Alphabet. This time I have created a wall hanging - of course almost all the other stamps are of Designs by Ryn too. I really love her stamps, they are so great to stamp with and the designs are simply wonderful!!

 

Colored is everything with Distress Refillers, gel pen and perfect pearls. ... hope you like it!

Tando Blog Hop - Arches

It's time for another blog hop with Tando Creative!! This time we want to show you some projects with arches.

I have used the great Gothic Arch Layered Frame, colored the background with PanPastels, the frame with Distress Stains and stamped everything with Archival Ink. I colored the images a little bit with perfect pearls. All the stamps are from Designs by Ryn as are the Mermaid Alphabet letters which I stamped on shrink plastic, colored with pencils and shrinked.

 

Are You The One? - LOVE

As you perhaps know Ryn has asked me to be guest designer and create some projects with her wonderful Mermaid Alphabet. You really have to take a look at it, every letter and every number has such details and would add great interest to every project you'd make.

For this Art Journal Page I was inspired by this song - it's one of my favorites: "Are you the One" of Within Temptation

the circles are made with the Random Circles Mask of Tando Creative. Then I have written some lines of the song with pencil.

 The Mermaid Alphabet letters were covered with Glossy Accents to give them more dimension.
